Air Transfer Grilles (Louvers)

General Information

Air transfer grill or louvers can be fitted in both internal and external doors for ventilation purposes and either can be fire rated or non fire rated (all are non-acoustic and non-insulated).

Non-Fire rated louver

Fitzpatrick non-fire rated louvers are manufactured from 1.5mm galvanized sheets, in many dimensions according to client requirements.

A non-fire rated louver can be installed on a door leaf or as a fixed panel, in addition, a full louvered steel door is also available at Fitzpatrick.

Fire rated louver

Fire rated louvers are used for passive fire protection in fire rated doors for up to 90 minutes fire protection.

Our fire rated louvers have a specific dimensions:

Type 1: 30 x 30 cm,

Type 2: 45 x 45 cm,

Type 3: 60 x 60 cm,

Type 4: 30 x 60 cm,

Type 5: 45 x 60 cm,

Type 6: 30 x 45 cm.
